Lenduh — a lending platform, engineered end to end.

Codero is the engineering team behind Lenduh: a complete lending-operations platform for Philippine lenders and cooperatives — office portal, offline-first field app, member self-service, and an AI assistant, all on one codebase we designed, built, and operate.

[ 01 ] The challenge

Spreadsheets don't scale.

Most lending teams still run on spreadsheets, paper collection sheets, and reports stitched together by hand.

That means delays, blind spots, and reconciliation errors — and it gets worse the moment a lender adds a second branch or a field route in a low-connectivity area.

Lenduh had to replace all of it with one connected system: rigorous enough for treasury and compliance, simple enough for a collector to use on a phone in the field, and built for the specific CDA requirements of Philippine cooperatives.

[ 02 ] What we built

One platform, five apps.

Shared core

NestJS API · Prisma · PostgreSQL

Business logic, the payment allocation engine, auth & fine-grained permissions, scheduling, and a fully typed API every app consumes.

Office

Office portal

Borrowers, loans, payments, cash, overdue, reports, and dashboards for back-office staff. (Next.js)

Field

Collector PWA

Offline-first route app: today’s assignments, quick payment capture, QR lookup, remittances. (Next.js + Serwist)

Members

Member portal

Passwordless self-service: balances, digital receipts, share capital. (PWA)

Public

Marketing site

The public lenduh.com site and demo funnel. (Next.js)

[ 03 ] The hard parts

Where the engineering is.

Sync

Offline-first field collections

Collectors capture payments on their routes with no signal; everything queues locally and syncs automatically once they’re back online — no lost remittances.

Money

A deterministic allocation engine

Every payment splits across penalty → overdue → current → advance the same way, every time — previewable, reversible by authorized roles, fully auditable.

Governance

Controls that pass an audit

Fine-grained permissions, business roles, maker-checker approvals, branch-level data isolation, and an audit trail on every mutating action.

AI

An assistant built on Claude

An in-product AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) that helps staff find and act on lending data in plain language.

Trust

Receipts anyone can verify

QR-coded PDF receipts with public verification pages — confirm a payment is real without logging in.

Security

Secure by default

OTP passwordless login, MFA, office IP allowlists, encrypted PII, HTTP-only sessions, and a CDA cooperative compliance center.

Codero has been our engineering partner since day one. They didn’t just write code — they architected and now operate the entire Lenduh platform, from borrower onboarding to loan servicing. A year in, they still ship like it’s their own product.

[ 05 ] Outcome

Production, not a pitch deck.

A modular, secure, production-grade platform — and proof that a tight in-house team can ship what usually takes a big agency a year.

Lenduh runs as five coordinated apps on one typed codebase, deployed with Docker and Terraform, instrumented with metrics, and built so new modules slot in without breaking what’s already live.

It’s the clearest demonstration of how Codero works: real architecture, real security, real domain depth — engineered to be operated, not just demoed.
