Information you give us
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, and message — so we can reply and discuss your project. We don’t sell this information or use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
With your consent where required, we use analytics and measurement tools that collect standard technical data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site). This helps us understand traffic and improve the site.
Cookies & tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in two categories:
- Essential — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on and don’t track you.
- Analytics & marketing — Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement) and the Meta Pixel (conversion measurement for any advertising). These set cookies and are only used with your consent where the law requires it.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings (typically up to 14 months) and is aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@codero.ph and we’ll respond promptly.
International transfers
We’re based in the Philippines and work with clients worldwide, and some of our providers process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
